With notifications, you can have important information delivered directly to your inbox, keeping you updated on competitor price changes, MAP violations, and scheduled reports.

This saves you time and helps you make quick, informed decisions without the need to log into the portal daily, ensuring you never miss critical updates.

1. Navigate to the Notifications page

  • Go to Settings > Manage Notifications page

  • Click on the 'Add Notification' button.

Note: This page is not accessible to users with the "user" and "qa_user" roles. To gain access, please ask your administrator to upgrade your permissions.

2. Select Notification Type

You can choose from the following notification types to stay updated:

  • Top Price Changes: Get email notifications highlighting competitor price changes. Note: Set the Same Price Threshold in System Settings to define what qualifies as a price change.

  • MAP Violations: Be notified of MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) violations and related statistics. Note: MAP prices need to be provided by you to our Price Intelligence system.

  • Scheduled Reports: Receive an email notification when your scheduled reports are generated and ready for download. Note: This is for reports created and scheduled using the Report Builder user interface.

3. Customize Your Notifications

Tailor your notifications for Top Price Changes and MAP Violations according to your needs.

  • Scope:

    • Category: Choose a specific category to narrow down the notification scope.

  • Trigger:

    • Everyday: Receive notifications daily at the UTC hour specified in System Settings - Notification Hour (UTC).

    • Crawl Queue: Receive notifications when a crawl queue is triggered to get the latest data timely. If no crawl queue is visible, please contact your Wiser representative for assistance.

Note: Notifications will only include price changes or MAP violations from the last 24 hours when triggered.

  • Filters

    • Refine the scope of your notifications by applying filters such as:

      • Include unavailable products

      • Exclude your price changes

      • Exclude if your price is lower

      • Exclude your price changes

  • Retailers

    • Select specific retailers you want to receive notifications for. Choose all retailers or just those most relevant to your business.
