πŸ• When can I receive my payout after initiating?

The timing is dependent on your country and the banks involved. This may range from instant to 1-2 business days. Please note that bank holidays will affect your processing times. Depending on where you are, there are also countries whose banks do not process payments on weekends.

πŸ‘‰ Do I have to manually initiate my payout every time?

At the moment, payouts are manual and you need to initiate one whenever you’d like to receive your funds. This means you're in control of your funds. Soon, we'll introduce the option for you to schedule automatic payouts.

πŸ–οΈ Can I change my payout method/ bank information post signup?

We plan to let you change your payout method in the future. However, at the moment you should contact us to request that we help you with this change.

⏲️ How long does it take for the funds in my overall balance to move into "Available to Withdraw" aka settle?

All funds received before 7:00 pm EST will be available the next day (weekdays only, weekends may affect processing time), but this timing won't reflect things after beta. This is because we have accelerated the settling period (time between when gifter makes an order and when it's available for payout) since all of the users in beta are trusted users and we want to test the system quickly.

Once beta is over, we do expect the settling period to be a little slower. We don't have a definite time for you post-beta as it depends on the banks and it can take from a few minutes to a few days.

πŸš€ I can only initiate one payout at a time at the moment, will this change in the future?

We plan to support multiple payouts processing at once in the future. However for now this is a limitation we're enforcing to ensure the safety and integrity of our system as we test out how everything works together.

πŸ“ Will there be any changes to the descriptor on my bank statements?

Your bank statements will still mention a variation of WishTender LLC. We cannot support discrete descriptors at the moment since they cause chargebacks so we need gifters to opt into them. We will revisit this question in the future, but it's not on the roadmap for our beta plans.
