Seeing a notification that your payout has failed? Here's what to do next

Here are some common scenarios if a payout was unsuccessful:

❗Financial Institution Request error (E-0014)

👉 This is an error on our partner's side. If this occurred to you, please reach out to our CS team via the chat icon so we can file a support ticket with our partner and fix it.

❗Request failed with status code 400

👉 When coming across this status code you can generally try again later or use a different device to attempt again.

❗Payout was returned

👉 Returns are usually associated with incorrect recipient details, bank account details or type. This causes the recipient bank to return the payout. To double-check your payout details, please reach out to our CS team via the chat icon while logged in on the site. They can help you navigate the next steps to check and correct payout details.
