Platform Withfriends

Users

The Withfriends platform has three primary types of users

Attendees - ticket buyers or people who have RSVP’d to an upcoming event on Withfriends
Members - anyone who supports a Movement; either with a one-time payment (also referred to as Donors) or on a monthly or annual basis. There are also honorary members, who organizers can invite to the platform manually. This is often because honorary members have donated on another platform, or they are close partners of the organizer, and the organizer wants to extend member benefits to them.
Organizers - the administrators for Movements on Withfriends; Music venues, event organizers, and other local/small businesses that are earning sustainable support from their Members and Attendees.

Emails

We use a variety of automated mails to assist all the various users on Withfriends

Login Help - verify your email or reset your password
Attendees - get your event receipts, ticket barcodes for applicable events, and learn about available memberships
Members - info about your membership, and your weekly Member Newsletter
Organizer - event and membership activity, testimonials from members, payout receipts, and our special Organizer Newsletter just for Withfriends organizers
