How to update your memberships, view reports, and manage members.

Editing Your Memberships

When you create an account on Withfriends, the questions you answer about your events will automatically create a membership program based on your responses.

In order to edit your memberships, navigate to your membership tab:

Here you'll find 4 Sections:

Tiers

Here is where you can add or subtract different membership tiers. This is where you modify the benefits of your memberships, give the tier a name and image, add a member cap, and set its price

There are two categories of Benefits:
1: Ongoing Benefits
2: One Time Benefits

Basics:

Here's where you can edit everything else on your Front Facing membership page:
withfriends.co/your_organization/join

You'll be able to add a video or image for your membership page and present your mission.

Welcome Letter:
This area is reserved for a special message you can send to your new members! Here you can write a thank you, instructions for redeeming benefits, and more!

Member Management:

This section is where you can see at a glance how many members you have, filter them by tier, message them individually, or export all their info into a .csv:

Reports

The reports tab is where you can access your traction on Withfriends for ticket sales, memberships, discount usages, and payouts.
