Use the Withfriends membership kiosk app to subscribe memberships at your community space,  when your audience is most excited.

Step 1: Get your membership kiosk link

Click  Share On-Site button under your logo

Use the Copy Link button to text/email your app link to your tablet.

Step 2: Add to Home Screen

When you load the kiosk app link on your tablet, you will receive instructions on adding the app to your home screen.

That's the correct way to run your Withfriends membership kiosk app.

Here are visual instructions for an iPad (Android tablets are similar):

  1. Click the Share icon on the top right

2. Click Add to Home Screen (you may need to slide to the right to find this option)

3. Close your browser.

4. Find the Withfriends membership kiosk app (it looks like the last icon here) on your home screen, and open it directly.

When you run the Withfriends membership kiosk app from your home screen, it will no longer pop-up a warning.

Changing the background video or image

Withfriends uses the video from your membership settings as the background of the membership kiosk app.

Pro-tip: If you haven't already, consider changing this from our default video!

If you have an image instead of a video, it'll work fine!  But a video background will catch more attention.

If you have neither an image or video in membership settings, Withfriends uses your organization cover image.

Sign-up modes

Everytime you open the Withfriends app, it selects one of these sign-up modes at random.

QR Code

Goes straight to your membership page, and scrolls down a little.

Email Address

Emails them a link - and also collects their email for you, so you can keep them up to date.

Keeping your iPad or Android tablet from going to sleep

You'll want to set your tablet to keep its screen on continuously.

For iPads, it's simple.  The setting is under Display & Brightness, here:

For Android, you'll need to download a third-party app.   We've heard good things  about Wakey, and it's free.

Install Wakey for Android here:

Thanks for using Withfriends.
