Mascot allows you to configure SKU settings to standardize inventory tracking across all integrated channels.
Viewing and Adjusting SKU Defaults
To access your SKU settings:
Navigate to the Collection tab.
Click Accounts → SKU Settings.
How SKUs Are Applied
For Items with an Existing SKU (e.g., certification number, UPC, etc.)
Mascot will automatically use the existing SKU unless you uncheck the default setting.
For Items Without an Existing SKU
Mascot will assign a Mascot Default SKU, which follows a sequential numbering system starting from 000001 based on the order in which inventory is added.
You can customize the default SKU length in SKU Settings.
📌 Note: SKUs remain consistent across all integrated sales channels.
