Mascot makes it easy to connect your eBay account so you can manage listings, inventory, and sales directly from Mascot.
Connect Your eBay Account
Go to Sales Channels.
Click Add New Account.
Select eBay from the supported marketplaces.
Sign in to your eBay account.
Authorize Mascot to access your eBay account.
Once connected, eBay will appear under your connected Sales Channels.
Confirmation
After successfully connecting, your eBay account will appear as Connected in the Sales Channels page and is ready for importing, listing, and inventory synchronization.
How to view items listed on eBay
You can use this direct link:
Click on the Marketplace to select and include/exclude it from the results.
Click another marketplace to include it in the results.
Additional Information
You can edit the account nickname to identify different stores or locations.
Expert subscribers can connect multiple eBay accounts.
Connected eBay accounts can be used for importing listings and listing inventory directly from Mascot.
Tips
If you change your eBay password, reconnect the account to refresh authorization.
Use Custom Tags or Marketplace Listings to organize inventory between multiple stores.
