To cancel go to: Account > Billing > Cancel. "I Acknowledge & Continue" to proceed.
Pricing Rules and certain advanced features are only available on Pro and Expert plans.

3.3 SKU Settings
Mascot manages and aligns SKUs across all your sales channels. This page controls how SKUs are assigned to new listings.
Important: Mascot never updates the SKU on existing listings. To sync SKUs across marketplaces, de-list and re-list your items from Mascot.
Where to find it
Settings → SKU Settings
Default SKU Length
Mascot assigns sequential numeric SKUs to items that don't already have a unique Product ID. Your first item starts at 000001 and increments from there.
Choose the SKU length that works best for your setup or POS system:
Length Example 4 0001 5 00001 6 (default) 000001 7 0000001 8 00000001
Use Product Unique IDs as SKUs
Some items already have a built-in unique identifier — like a grading certificate number or a UPC barcode.
Yes — Mascot uses the Cert Number or UPC as the SKU across all channels
No — Mascot uses its own sequential numeric ID as the SKU
Saving your settings
Click Save after making any changes. Settings only apply to new listings created after saving — existing listings are not affected.
3.4 Marketplace Templates
Marketplace Templates let you define how your listing titles and descriptions are automatically formatted when you list items across different marketplaces. Instead of writing titles manually, you set up a template once and Mascot fills in the details for each item.
Where to find it
Settings → Marketplace Templates
How it works
Templates use curly bracket fields (e.g. {Player/Athlete}) as placeholders. When you list an item, Mascot replaces each placeholder with that item's actual data. If an item is missing data for a field, that field is simply skipped — no blank gaps in your title.
Setting up a template
1. Choose a category Select the category you want to configure: Sports Cards, TCG/CCG, Sealed Boxes, Comics, Non-Sports Cards, or others via the dropdown.
2. Choose a marketplace
Default Template — applies to all marketplaces unless you set a specific override
Marketplace-specific tabs (TikTok Shop, Whatnot, Shopify, My Card Post, Loupe, eBay, Walmart, Mascot Network, Square) — lets you customize the template for that platform only
3. Edit the title template Type your template in the Marketplace Title Template field using curly bracket fields. Example for Sports Cards:
{Year Manufactured} {Set} {Player/Athlete} {Card Number} {Parallel/Variety} {Features} {Grader} {Grade} {Autograph Authentication} {Autograph Grade}You can reorder fields, add text between them, or remove fields you don't need.
4. Reset to Default by hitting Remove Override to restore the original Marketplace Title Template or Description template
5. Don't forget to Save Template at bottom page.
Tips
Set your Default Template first, then only create marketplace-specific overrides where that platform needs a different format (e.g. eBay has character limits).
Each category + marketplace combination has its own independent template, so Sports Cards on eBay and Sports Cards on Whatnot can be formatted differently.
Fields that have no data for a given item are automatically ignored — you won't see empty brackets in your live listings.
