Inline Editing
Many fields are editable directly in the table. Click a cell (e.g., Listing Price, Tags, All In Cost), type the new value, and click the checkmark to save. You don't need to save after every single change — make multiple edits, then save once.
Tip: Click the Columns button to show/hide fields; simply use the checkbox to add them to your view or drag them to customize their position. Enable cost columns for margin tracking. Use Filters + Columns together to create powerful custom views.
Custom Tags
Custom tags are a powerful organizational tool used to categorize, group, and filter inventory within the Mascot platform. Tags are universally applicable to both items in active inventory and those currently listed on marketplaces.
Sellers utilize tags to:
Group similar products (e.g., "Pokemon," "High Value," or "To List").
Apply filters to quickly locate specific inventory segments.
Streamline internal workflows by tracking storage locations or listing statuses.
Applying Tags
To apply a tag to a single item, open the item details, input a Custom Tag, and click save. For efficiency, navigate to Bulk Updates > Manage Custom Tags to add, edit, or remove tags across multiple items simultaneously.
Tip: To optimize the management of large inventories, establish a tagging taxonomy based on your specific operational needs, such as category, physical location, pricing tier, or marketplace.

Bulk Price Adjustment Guide
Bulk Price Adjustment allows you to update pricing across multiple items at once, saving time when adjusting inventory for market changes, sales promotions, or pricing strategy updates.
With Bulk Price Adjustment, you can update:
• Listing Price
• Minimum Offer
• Auction Price
You can increase or decrease pricing by a percentage or set a specific value across all selected items.
Follow the steps below to apply a bulk price update to your inventory.
Updating Card Condition
Card Condition helps accurately represent the condition of your raw cards when listing to marketplaces. Mascot supports card condition options similar to eBay, allowing you to update conditions individually or in bulk.
You can update card conditions in three ways:
• During inventory upload
• From an individual item record
• Using Bulk Updates for multiple items at once
Use Bulk Updates when managing large inventories to save time and keep listing data consistent across your collection.
