5.1 Connecting Marketplace Accounts
From the left sidebar, click Sales Channels.
Find the marketplace you want to connect to and click on CONNECT NEW ACCOUNT
ADD API KEY. You'll be redirected to the marketplace login page.
Sign in and authorize Mascot access.
Once approved, you'll be redirected back to Mascot with status showing Connected.
Available marketplaces: eBay, Whatnot, Shopify, MyCardPost, Loupe, Walmart, TikTok Shop, Square.
5.2 eBay-Specific Settings
Set up shipping profiles: Sales Channels > eBay > 3 dots > Update eBay Policies
You can configure shipping tiers by price range (e.g., $50–100 gets one shipping rate, $200+ gets another).
eBay auctions cannot require immediate payment without a fixed price — disable that setting for auctions.
"Invalid Shipping Package" error: Go to Package Template under eBay policies and set to Large Envelope.
eBay listings (Buy It Now = BIN = fixed price) are separate from Mascot Network — you still manage eBay directly.
HTML descriptions: The preview may show code as plain text, but HTML renders correctly on the actual eBay listing.

5.3 Shopify Integration
Go to Sales Channels and integrate with Shopify to push collectibles to your Shopify store.
Item aspects from Mascot are sent to Shopify as metafields. In Shopify admin: Settings > Metafields and Metaobjects > Products to configure.
Custom Tags from Mascot also map to Shopify for use in collections/menus.
Shopify compatible barcodes can be printed from Mascot by including the 'Shopify Barcode' option in your label config.
