6.1 Standard Listing / Bulk Listing
From the left sidebar, click Collection.
Use checkboxes to select one or multiple items.
Click List Selected (top right).
Choose Description Preference:
Use Template Description — replaces imported description with your saved template
Keep Imported Description — keeps original description from eBay, CSV, etc.
Select marketplaces (eBay, Whatnot, Shopify, Mascot Network, etc.).
Review each item, set: Listing Price (required), Minimum Offer (optional), Auto Accept Price (optional), Quantity, Custom Pricing.
Click Confirm Listing.
A Listing Progress window shows Pending / Active / Success / Failed status per marketplace. Once listed, a hyperlink appears at the bottom of each item linking directly to the live listing.
6.2 Auction Listing
Select items in Collection, click List Selected.
On Configure Listing screen, under Listing Type, select Auction.
Choose marketplaces (eBay supports auction-style).
Configure auction settings:
Duration: 1, 3, 5, 7, or 10 days
Start Time: Start Now or Custom Start Date
Stagger: Don't Stagger / Every 1, 3, 5 minutes or every hour (helps avoid all auctions ending simultaneously)
Set Starting Price, Reserve Price (optional), Minimum Offer, Auto Accept Price.
Ensure at least 1 image is uploaded and all required fields are filled.
Click Confirm Bulk Listing.
6.3 De-Listing Items
Tip: Use filters to quickly locate items in large inventories before delisting. This saves time and ensures accuracy.
Go to Collection, select item(s) with checkboxes.
Click Actions (top menu) > Manage Listings
Choose De-List from the Listing Type
Select which marketplace to De-list the item(s)For example, you can choose to delist from Mascot Network, Shopify, Whatnot, TikTok, or other integrated marketplaces.
Click on DELIST COLLECTIBLES
Review the Listing Progress
Click on BACK TO COLLECTION
Note: De-listing removes items from marketplaces but does NOT delete them from your Mascot inventory.
6.4 Listing to Mascot Network
Go to Collection, select items, click List Selected.
Under Select Marketplaces, choose Mascot Network.
Set Listing Price and Quantity.
Click Confirm Listing.
Note: eBay nor Shopify are included in this, and if you list to wherever on your own, we will not double list that listing. For example, if you list to Whatnot, we will NOT also list to Whatnot.
