11.1 Accessing Reports
From the left sidebar, click Reports to land on the All Reports page.
11.2 Available Reports
Profit and Loss | Track revenue, costs, and net profit. Includes monthly/quarterly chart and item-level profit breakdown. Download CSV available. |
Inventory Aging Report | See how long items have been in inventory (0–29, 30–59, 60–89, 90–119, 120+ days). Great for identifying slow-moving items. |
Sales History | View sales trends over time — toggle between Sales Quantity and Sales Value. |
Cross Listing Report | Analyze how many items are listed across each marketplace (eBay, Whatnot, Shopify, Square, etc.). Helps evaluate marketplace coverage. |
Stock Taking Report | Compare physical vs. tracked inventory. |
Prices | Review pricing before and after sales. |
Inventory Supply and Costs | Monitor inventory levels and cost trends. |
11.3 Using Reports
Click Add Filters (top right) to filter by date range, tags, marketplace, or item-specific data.
Click on chart sections (bars or buckets) to drill into matching items.
Export supported reports as CSV via the Download CSV button.
Note: There are two Inventory Aging Reports — one based on purchase date, one based on list date.
Best Practices: Regularly review Profit and Loss. Use Inventory Aging to identify items to relist or discount. Monitor Cross Listing for marketplace coverage. Export for bookkeeping and reconciliation.
