Managing shipping preferences for your eBay listings is a crucial part of ensuring a smooth customer experience. Mascot allows you to easily update and apply shipping preferences across your eBay listings. Follow the steps below to make these changes effectively.
To create or manage your eBay Business Policies, visit:

Once you've created or updated your policies, return to Mascot and click Update eBay Policies to refresh the available policy options.
Alternatively, you can use the default Mascot policies, which are optimized for eBay search rankings.
Creating a Policy Profile
Click Add Profile to create an additional policy profile.
For each profile, configure the following:
Price Range
Specify the minimum and maximum listing price the profile should apply to.
Price ranges are inclusive.
Price ranges cannot overlap.
A profile without a minimum or maximum price acts as the default catch-all profile.
Product Category
Choose which items the profile should apply to.
Available categories:
All Products
Graded Cards
Ungraded Cards
Sealed Wax
Memorabilia
Everything Else
Business Policies
Assign the eBay Business Policies for:
Location
Payment
Return
Saving Your Profile
After configuring the profile:
Click the ✓ Save button.
Repeat the process if you need additional profiles.

Mascot automatically applies the first matching profile when creating eBay listings.
Notes
Multiple profiles can be created for different price ranges and product categories.
After creating or updating Business Policies on eBay, use Update eBay Policies in Mascot to refresh the available policy selections.
Policy changes apply to future listings. Existing eBay listings must be revised or relisted if you want them to use the updated policies.
Combining Price Range and Product Category allows you to automatically assign the appropriate eBay Business Policies for different types of inventory.
