Overview
Expert users can connect multiple accounts from the same marketplace, allowing you to manage separate stores or locations within a single Mascot account.
Adding Another Marketplace Account
Go to Sales Channels.
Select Connect Another Account.
Log in to the marketplace and authorize Mascot.
Rename Your Account
Click the three dots next to the connected account.
Select Edit Nickname.
Enter a store name, location, or identifier.
Click Save.
Managing Multiple Accounts
Once connected, additional accounts will appear in your Sales Channels page.
You can organize inventory by:
Custom Tags
Marketplace Listings
Store or location nicknames
Tips
Use nicknames to identify each store or location.
Tags can help separate inventory between accounts.
Review Marketplace Listings to verify where items are listed.
