Sync with Grader in Mascot

Overview

The Sync with Grader feature refreshes your card information by retrieving the latest data from the grading company. This is useful when a card's information has changed or when some details were not imported the first time.

When should I use Sync with Grader?

Use this feature if:

  • Images failed to load from the grading company.

  • The card has been re-holdered with updated images.

  • The card has been re-slabbed, and the grading information has changed.

  • The grading company has updated the certification details after your item was added to Mascot.

  • Card details such as the title, grade, or certification information are missing or incorrect.

  • You want to refresh the latest data available from the grading company without creating a new inventory item.

Note: Resync only updates information available from the grading company's database. It will not change any custom fields you've entered manually unless the refreshed grading data replaces those values.

Quick Guide: Sync with Grader

  1. Open the item you want to update.

  2. Locate the Sync with Grader option.

  3. Click Sync with Grader.

  4. Wait a few moments while Mascot retrieves the latest information from the grading company.

  5. Review the updated images and card details.

  6. Click Save Changes if everything looks correct.

Tip: If the grading company has not updated its records yet, running a resync may not result in any changes.
