Overview
This error occurs when your Auto Accept Price is equal to or higher than your Buy It Now (Listing Price). eBay requires the Auto Accept Price to always be lower than the listing price.
How to Fix It
Open the item or bulk listing that generated the error.
Review the Listing Price (Buy It Now) and Auto Accept Price.
Make sure the Auto Accept Price is lower than the Listing Price.
Save your changes.
Try listing the item again.
Example:
✅ Listing Price: $1,200 → Auto Accept Price: $900
❌ Listing Price: $900 → Auto Accept Price: $900 or $1,200
Tips
If you receive this error while bulk listing, do not click "Back to Collection." Instead, refresh the page to keep your current selections and avoid starting over.
If only a specific item needs to be corrected, click on the item, update the Listing Price or Auto Accept Price, click Save Changes, and then retry the listing.
