How to Set Your Mascot Network Listings on Vacation Mode

If you're going to be away and unable to fulfill Mascot Network orders, you can enable Vacation Mode to temporarily pause your Mascot Network listings.

Enable Vacation Mode

  1. From the left sidebar, click Sales Channels.

  2. Under Your Integrations, locate your Mascot Network integration.

  3. Click the ⋮ (three dots) in the top-right corner of the Mascot Network card.

  4. Select Vacation Mode.

  5. Choose one of the following duration options:

    • 1 day

    • 2 days

    • 1 week

    • 2 weeks

    • 1 month

    • Indefinitely

    • Custom

  6. If you select Custom, configure:

    • Start date and time.

    • End date and time (optional). Leaving the End field blank will keep Vacation Mode enabled until you manually disable it.

  7. Click Enable to save your changes.

Notes

  • Vacation Mode only pauses Mascot Network listings.

  • Existing marketplace integrations (such as eBay or Shopify) are not affected.

  • Selecting Custom allows you to schedule Vacation Mode ahead of time.

  • Leaving the End date blank keeps Vacation Mode active until you disable it manually.
