Setting Up Custom Pricing

Custom Pricing allows you to set different prices for the same item across your connected marketplaces without changing the base listing price in Mascot.

Instead of editing each listing individually, you can configure pricing adjustments that are automatically applied when listing items.

How It Works

Mascot uses your Listing Price as the base price.

You can then configure marketplace-specific price adjustments using percentages.

For example:

Marketplace

Adjustment

Listing Price

Final Price

eBay

+10%

$100

$110

MyCardPost

0%

$100

$100

Shopify

-5%

$100

$95

This allows you to account for marketplace fees or create different pricing strategies without maintaining separate inventory.

Global Minimum Offer Default

Set a default minimum offer percentage for newly created listings.

When enabled, Mascot automatically calculates the minimum offer based on the Listing Price.

Example:

  • Listing Price: $100

  • Global Minimum Offer: 70%

  • Minimum Offer: $70

Marketplace Custom Pricing

Configure pricing adjustments for each connected marketplace individually.

Examples:

  • eBay +10%

  • Shopify 0%

  • Whatnot 0%

  • MyCardPost 0%

Positive percentages increase the listing price.

Negative percentages decrease the listing price.

Sales Booster

Sales Booster helps keep your Mascot Network pricing competitive by automatically applying pricing adjustments when available.

You can:

  • Enable or disable Sales Booster.

  • Set your own custom discount (0–25%).

  • Override the automatic discount with your preferred value.

When Should I Use Custom Pricing?

Custom Pricing is useful when:

  • Different marketplaces have different selling fees.

  • You want higher prices on one marketplace than another.

  • You want consistent pricing without manually updating every listing.

  • You want Mascot to automatically calculate marketplace-specific prices.
