You can use the MN Order ID to quickly locate a specific Mascot Network sale in Sales History. This can be useful when you need to review a sale, check its payment status, or locate the order for fulfillment.
Search Using the MN Order ID
From the left sidebar, go to Sales History.
Enter the MN Order ID directly into the Search bar.
The matching Mascot Network sale will appear in the results.
You do not need to enable the MN Order ID column to search for an order.
Optional: Show the MN Order ID Column in Sales History
If you'd like to see the MN Order ID alongside your sales:
Click Columns.
Find MN Order ID.
Check MN Order ID to display the column.
This can be helpful when reviewing multiple Mascot Network sales at once.
When Would I Use the MN Order ID?
You may want to search by MN Order ID when you need to locate a specific sale to review the order, check whether it is Paid or Unpaid, or access the order for fulfillment and printing the shipping label.
Note: MN Order IDs apply only to Mascot Network sales. Other marketplace sales will not have an MN Order ID.
