Add a Sealed Pack or Box
Go to Add Inventory.
Select Sealed Product.
Enter or scan the UPC barcode from the sealed pack or box.
Click the checkmark (✓) next to the UPC field or click Look Up to search for the product.
Once Mascot finds a match, review the product shown.
Enter Your Quantity
Once the product is found:
Confirm the product is the correct pack or box.
Enter the Quantity you have on hand.
Add the Weight (lbs) if needed.
Click Review Product.
Review the Product Details
Mascot will automatically populate available information for the product. Review the information and make any necessary changes before adding it to your inventory.
This may include:
Title and Description
Sub-Category – Sports or TCG
Photos
Listing Price
Quantity and Weight
Configuration
Number of Boxes
Packs per Box
Cards per Pack
Item Specifics such as Manufacturer, Year/Season, Sport, League, Set, UPC, and other available information
Check the Configuration
Make sure the Configuration matches the sealed product you are adding.
For example, if you're adding a hobby box, confirm that it is configured as a Box and verify the number of boxes, packs per box, and cards per pack. If you're adding an individual sealed pack, make sure the product details reflect the pack rather than a full box.
Create the Product
After reviewing the information:
Enter your Listing Price and complete any other applicable fields.
Verify the product details and configuration.
Click Create Product.
Once the sealed product is created, select View Item to review the new inventory item or Add Another to add another sealed product.
You can make additional changes from the item page and click Save Changes when finished.
