When you get paid
A Mascot Network sale becomes ready to pay 2 business days after the carrier marks the package delivered. Payouts run once a day at 11am Eastern, so the money is sent on the first run after that.
Delivered on Monday: paid Wednesday at 11am ET.
Delivered on Friday: paid the following Tuesday at 11am ET.
Weekends don't count as business days. Your bank or Stripe may take extra time to show the money in your account.
If tracking never shows "Delivered"
If the carrier never records a delivery scan, the sale becomes payable automatically 30 days after the order date. This is why it matters to ship with the prepaid Mascot label: it's how we see the delivery.
Where the money goes
Payouts go to the payout account you added when you joined Mascot Network: Stripe or PayPal. To see a payout, open the order in Sales History and check its payout details, or log in to your Stripe or PayPal account.
The Mascot Network fee
There's no charge to list on Mascot Network.
When an item sells, Mascot keeps a 3% fee on your price. You receive your listed price minus 3%.
The shipping label is included at no cost to you; the buyer pays for shipping.
Example: you list a card at $100 and it sells on Walmart. You receive $97.
Why is my item priced higher on Walmart or Temu?
The price buyers see on a partner marketplace includes shipping, the marketplace's own fees and Mascot's costs, so it's higher than the price you set. That difference is paid by the buyer, not by you. You always receive your own price minus the 3% fee.
We don't share links to individual listings on partner marketplaces.
Payout not received?
Check, in order:
Does the order's tracking show Delivered? If not, the 30-day rule applies.
Have 2 business days passed since delivery, plus the next 11am ET run?
Is your Stripe or PayPal account connected and able to receive payouts?
If all three are fine, message Support with the MN Order ID.
