How do I change my email?

You cannot currently change your email address in the app. Please email us if you want to update it.

How do I add a partner?

You can any time you like by tapping on your account picture (top left corner of your homepage) and then tapping "Partner details". You will then see a yellow button that says "Invite your partner".

How do I add a new child?

You can add a child by tapping on your account picture (top left corner of your homepage) and then pressing "Child details". You will then see a yellow button that says "Add a new child". There's also a shortcut to this by tapping the button directly on your homepage.

How do I update a goal's name/picture?

To update your goal name please send us an email. However if you want to change your goal picture simply go into your goal and tap on "Change" on your goal image.

How do I add a new goal?

To add a new goal simply tap on the "Add a goal" shortcut button on your homepage.

Can I withdraw my funds?
It depends what kind of account you have open with us. If you have a Junior ISA with us, you can't withdraw and use the the funds before your kid turns 18, this is because of HMRC restrictions. When your child turns 18, the Junior ISA will be automatically converted to an ISA, at which point your child can either withdraw the funds or continue to invest them. There are some very limited circumstances where Junior ISAs can be withdrawn and used before your kid turns 18. You can find more info about these circumstances and how they apply to you at this link.

If you want to, you do have the option of transferring your JISA to an alternative Junior ISA provider at any time. If you would like more info about how to do that, contact our team by messaging us in app or at contact@withnosso.com.

If you have a General Investment Account (“GIA”) with us, then the funds can be withdrawn or transferred at anytime. If you would like to withdraw from a GIA please contact our friendly team by messaging us in app or at contact@withnosso.com to arrange the withdrawal of your funds.

If you have a Bare Trust account with us, then funds can be withdrawn but only if its for the purposes of the child you're investing for. We'll ask you why you're withdrawing- don't worry, we're not being nosy, we just need to make sure all the HMRC rules are being followed. We'll also help you keep a proper record of this for tax purposes.

How do I delete a goal?

Right now it is not possible to delete a goal directly in the app. Please email us if you wish to delete goals.
