👋 HELLO Nosso. The new Hapi.

Why have you rebranded?

When we started Hapi we had a goal. To help you build money pots for your children. That goal hasn’t changed but...

Towards the end of last year we decided it was time we grew up a little and so we’ve been working on our new identity.

Today we’re excited to launch our new brand, that really ties in to what we’re building: a Family💙

We chose this name as it means ‘Ours’ in Portuguese. Why ‘ours’?

But we’re not done yet.

Financial services have left families behind. Savings, investments and even our kids’ accounts are built for just one person - managing money on their own. That’s why “personal finance” is such a buzzword these days.

We’re changing that, starting by making investing for our children a family affair. Join us to rebuild finance for today’s families.

Let’s change “personal finance” to “Our finance” together.

What are the main changes? (creative Hapi Nosso)

We’ve changed our name, we’ve changed our logo. We’ve made some huge improvements to our app. We’ve also changed our website. You can now find us at withnosso.com

Can I still access my account?

Yes of course. You might just see a different app name next time it updates.

Do I need to do anything?

The rebranded version of our app is now live. If you have automatic updates switched on, you may already have the Nosso app.

If not, just go to the app store and search for “Nosso” and update to the latest version of our app.

Are my investments still held in the same place?

Yes. Your investments are still held in the same place and securely in line with FCA rules by our Custodian Wealthkernel.

What about who manages my investments?

Your investments will still be managed by BlackRock. The largest fund manager in the world, so they’re pretty good at this stuff.

Are my investments still protected?

Yes. We’re the same company and our Custodian WealthKernel, who keeps your investments safe, is a member of the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS). This means your money is still protected should WealthKernel go bust (up to £85k).

You should know though that the FSCS doesn’t cover you in the event that your investments go down in value. They just cover you if the company holding your money/investments goes bust.

Read more about the FSCS protection for investments here: (link) https://www.fscs.org.uk/

Is Nosso an FCA-regulated firm?

Yes - We’re Nosso. We’re a company registered in England and Wales under the name Nosso Limited (No. 12703892). We’re authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) under Firm Reference Number 973421 and you can find us on the FCA register using this number.
