The prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over. Employees of Nosso, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw are not permitted to enter.

The prize draw is free to enter. Only one entry per person is permitted. To enter, you must open a Nosso Junior ISA (or transfer an existing Junior ISA to Nosso) and deposit £50 into the Nosso Junior ISA. For existing Nosso customers you need to deposit £50 of new money to your Nosso Junior ISA.

The opening date for entries is 9th March at 00:01 UK time. The closing date of the prize draw is 31th March at 23:59 UK time. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.

Nosso accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault of any kind or for any other reason, and any incomplete entries will not be considered valid for entry into the prize draw.

One winner will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer process on 29th March 2022.

The winner will receive £1,000 deposited to their Nosso Junior ISA.

The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. Nosso reserves the right to replace the Prize with an alternative Prize of equal or higher value at its sole discretion.

The winner will be notified via their registered email before 1st April 2022 and must respond to the notification confirming acceptance of the Prize. If a winner does not respond to Nosso within 14 calendar days of being notified by Nosso, then the Prize will be forfeited and Nosso will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above. Once a winner has replied to Nosso’s notification, Nosso will deposit £1000 to the winner Nosso Junior ISA within 30 days.

The decision of Nosso regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

Entrants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions and by any other requirements set out in the original Instagram post, upon entry. Nosso reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the Prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.

In the event of fraud, abuse, and/or an error affecting the proper operation of this prize draw, Nosso reserves the right to end or suspend the prize draw, amend these terms and conditions, and/or declare void the notification of the winners.

Entrants’ data will be collected, stored (for one year) and processed for the purposes of the prize draw in line with Nosso’s privacy policy. By entering the prize draw, you agree to receive correspondence from Nosso in relation to the prize draw only.

Nosso will announce the winners’ names. If you object to your name being publicly announced, please let us know. The winners may also be asked to participate in further publicity related to the prize draw, which may include the publication of their names and photographs in other media.

The prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
