What is the Giveaway?
As parents, we know how difficult it can be to find the right gift or one that doesn’t end up on the rubbish pile in a week's time. That’s why we introduced gifting — which allows anyone in the family to send a gift to a loved child’s Junior ISA. Helping them on their journey to financial freedom.
To celebrate this Christmas, we’re gifting £250 into an investment account to one lucky kid.

Am I Eligible?
The Prize Draw is open to all UK residents who are parents aged 18 years or over (including any existing Nosso customers).
Employees of Nosso, their families, agents and anyone else connected with this promotion must not enter and shall automatically be excluded from entry to this Prize Draw.
How does the Giveaway work?
The Giveaway will run from 1st December to 21st December at 12:00 PM
The winner will be chosen and announced on 22nd December at 12:00 PM. Just in time for Christmas!
The Giveaway is open to both non-Nosso Customers and Nosso Customers. Anyone can enter provided you're a parent and over 18.
To claim the prize you’ll need to either have a Nosso Junior ISA open or open one if you don’t currently have one. The £250 will be paid into the Nosso Junior ISA within 10 days of the winner being announced or the Junior ISA being opened, whichever is later.
What happens if I win?
The winner will be selected at random from all qualifying entries at 12:00 GMT on 21st December 2022.
An email will be sent to the winner of the Prize by 12:15 GMT on 22nd December 2022 and also announced on Nosso’s social media platforms.
To claim the prize you’ll need to either have a Nosso Junior ISA open or open one if you don’t currently have one. The £250 will be paid into the Nosso Junior ISA within 10 days of the winner being announced or the Junior ISA being opened, whichever is later.
The Prize will only be paid into a Nosso Junior ISA.
The Prize is non-exchangeable and non-transferable.
The Legal Bits
The promoter of this prize draw is Nosso. Our registered address is 13-17 Margett Street, Cottenham, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, CB24 8QY, United Kingdom.
The £250 is paid into a Junior ISA and is non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
The winner must remain invested with Nosso for a minimum of 12 months from the date of receiving the Giveaway. If the winner wishes to transfer their Junior ISA to another provider, then Nosso reserves the right to recoup the £250 giveaway into the Junior ISA.
Nosso's Junior ISA is a stocks and shares Junior ISA meaning that the money is invested and is at risk and can up or down.
Junior ISA is an account which locks the money up until you're child turns 18. You are not able to withdraw the funds prior to the child turning 18, however, after 12 months you may transfer the £250 Giveaway to another Junior ISA provider.
Once the account is opened and the £250 Giveaway is awarded the customer who wins will still be subject to Nosso’s platform fees, the underlying fund costs and the impact of market spread. Details of Nosso’s costs and charges are available here. No fees are charged for entering the Giveaway competition.
Nosso accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault of any kind or for any other reason, and any incomplete entries will not be considered valid for entry into the prize draw.
The decision of Nosso regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
Entrants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions and by any other requirements set out in the original Instagram post, upon entry. Nosso reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the Prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
In the event of fraud, abuse, and/or an error affecting the proper operation of this prize draw, Nosso reserves the right to end or suspend the prize draw, amend these terms and conditions, and/or declare void the notification of the winners.
Entrants’ data will be collected, stored (for one year) and processed for the purposes of the prize draw in line with Nosso’s privacy policy. By entering the prize draw, you agree to receive correspondence from Nosso in relation to the prize draw only.
The prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
