When logging into Schoology and you are asked to change your password, please follow the steps below in the order they are listed.
Enter the Schoology username and Schoology password you were provided. Then, click Log in.
Enter a new Schoology password at least 12 characters long in the New password field and in the Confirm password field.
You will see the Password strength listed. You will also see password advice on the right side of the screen. You can choose to apply the advice or continue with the password you entered.
Click Submit.
You will see a message that reads "Your password has been changed." Write your new Schoology password down. You will need to log in again.
Enter your username and new Schoology password.
Notice that a new field appears - School or Postal Code. Do not enter anything in the School or Postal Code field yet.
Check the box next to Remember my School before you enter a School or Postal Code. Completing this step ensures you won't need to select the school each time you log into Schoology.
Place your cursor in the School or Postal Code field. Type Westmoreland Intermediate Unit 07 and click the name to select it as the School. This is where WIU eAcademy courses are located. (DO NOT select your own school district.)
Click Log in. Ignore the message, "Did you mean to login from: http://wiu.schoology.com."
