This is for videos that are not in Quizzes. This is most likely due to the fact that this is a Flash video, which all teachers have been required to remove from their courses as Flash will no longer be supported as of 2020.

  1. If the user is using Chrome

If you are using Chrome, next to the web address shown at the top left-side of the page, click the words "Not secure."

  2. Settings

    Click "Site settings."

  3. Allow / Always Activate

To the right of Flash, click the drop-down arrow and select "Allow" or "Always Activate."

  4. Change browser

If the video still won't play, try using Mozilla Firefox as your browser when working on your course. You can download Firefox from http://getfirefox.com.

  5. Close ticket

Let the student know that we are going to alert the teacher to the issue with the video. Let Becky know of the issue, and she will reach out to the teacher to have them convert the video to an mp4. Close ticket.
