After logging into eAcademy™ Genius, locate the student’s account. At the top right of the page, enter the student’s name in the Search box, then click the student’s name to access the account.

From the left navigation menu under Enrollments, click Current Enrollments.

The page will display the student’s current enrollments.

Check the box to the left of the course to be dropped.

If dropping all courses, select the box next to Check All.

Click Drop selected. The Current Enrollments page will update immediately and the student will receive an automated email for each course dropped. The student’s Status in Genius will remain as Active.
