IMPORTANT NOTES:
The Report Card report provides quarter grades for students in Schoology courses and Accelerate Education (AE) courses taught by our local district teachers. The report DOES NOT include grades for courses taught by AE teachers.
The grade in the Report Card report for AE courses taught by AE teachers, and not our local teachers, may be blank or 0%. For AE courses, the teacher's name will be listed as Vendor Teacher.
For best results, enter the quarter’s Start Date and End Date when running the report. This ensures that all graded items for the quarter are included in the report.
The quarter dates for the 2025/2026 school year are as follows:

After logging into eAcademy Genius, click Reports from the top menu bar.
From the left navigation menu under New Reports, click District Data Report.
Start Date: Enter the quarter’s Start Date. For example, enter 08/25/2025 (1st quarter Start Date for the 2025/2026 school year).
End Date: Enter the quarter’s End Date. For example, enter 10/27/2025 (1st quarter End Date for the 2025/2026 school year).
Affiliation: From the drop-down menu, select your school district. If no results appear after clicking Get Data, do not make a selection next to Affiliation and click Get Data a second time.
School: From the drop-down menu, select WIU eAcademy.
Enrollment Status: From the drop-down menu, select Active to only see the active students. If you want to see all students, then do not make a selection.
Click Get Data.
The District Data Report will show the following information.
First Name
Last Name
Affiliation Name (school district)
Grade Level
Course
Teacher
Enroll date
First Login to Course
Last Activity (date of the student’s last activity in the course)
Course Progress (percentage of the course completed)
Grade to Date (Quarter grade)
Final grade (appears once the course is marked Completed by eAcademy staff)
Status (student’s status in the course, e.g., Active, Dropped_Grace, Dropped)
Focus on the Grade to Date column when you need to retrieve grades for district report cards. If desired, you can sort by any column heading, and you can export the results to Excel by clicking Export Results to Excel at the top right of the page.
The courses displaying grades in the example below are Schoology courses and Accelerate Education courses taught by our local teachers.
Example Report from the 2025/2026 School Year
ACCELERATE EDUCATION COURSES TAUGHT BY ACCELERATE EDUCATION TEACHERS
Courses taught by Accelerate Education teachers do not include quarter grading periods. In the DDR, the Teacher will be listed as Teacher, Vendor, and the Grade to Date column will be blank. You have two options.
OPTION 1: Export the student's gradebook from the Buzz platform to perform grade calculations.
OPTION 2: Access the student's Genius profile and use the running grade-to-date under the Academic Snapshot as the Quarter grade.
NOTE: If you have students taking NCAA courses from Accelerate Education, you will need to export the students' gradebook from the Buzz platform to view their grades. Their courses do not appear in Genius.
