The WIU eAcademy offers flexible equipment leases for eAcademy students. Districts have the option to lease HP ProBooks 645, AMD quad core processor with 8G of RAM, and a 14-inch screen. Each laptop comes equipped with a charger and laptop box. In addition, districts have the option to lease just the laptop alone, or add Kajeet Internet service via a portable mifi device or a laptop/Internet bundle, depending on individual student needs. The WIU will continue to provide delivery and pickup of all equipment at no charge to districts.
ALL equipment MUST be checked out and returned through Genius at least three business days before your district’s scheduled delivery/pickup day. Prior to placing the return request, ensure you have all the student’s equipment.
