WizeFi is a web software technology, which means that you need to open a web browser and log in through wizefi.com in order to access WizeFi.

Any time WizeFi publishes an update, you will need to clear your cache to view the most current version. A similar example would be when an app on your phone is running an outdated version and you need to download the new version from the app store.

Again, for WizeFi, you will need to clear your cache to view the current version of WizeFi. After you have cleared your cache by following the instructions below, open a new browser and log in at wizefi.com

For Chrome:

  1. Open the Chrome browser.

  2. Click the three vertical dots in the upper right.

  3. Choose "Delete Browsing Data..."

  4. Change the time range from the "Clear Browsing Data" pop-up screen to "All time".

  5. Be sure the "Browsing history", "Cookies and other site data", and "Cached images and files" boxes are all checked.

  6. Click the button labeled "Delete Data".

  7. Close the Chrome Browser.

For Safari:

  1. Open the Safari browser.

  2. Click "Safari" from the menu.

  3. Click "Preferences" from the drop-down.

  4. Choose the tab labeled "Privacy"

  5. Click the button labeled "Manage Website Data..."

  6. Click the button labeled "Remove All"

  7. Repeat step 6 until there are no longer any cached items being displayed.
