If you find yourself in the situation where the mobile application is stuck on the "Something went wrong" screen and you are unable to open the app, or log out. You may need to clear the application cache.
Android
Open Settings on your Android device and tap Battery and device care
Tap Memory followed by Apps not used recently
Select an app from the list
After tapping a particular app, select Storage within App info
Tap Clear cache at the bottom of the screen
Reopen the application and see if it allows you to log back in
iOS
Open Settings
General
iPhone Storage
Select app
Select "Delete app"
Download and reinstall the application from the App Store
