When using WizeFi, you may encounter an issue where you need to refresh an institution's login credentials. Sometimes, changing the login credentials from your bank/institution requires you to update this information in WizeFi. Otherwise, we won't be able to connect with your bank and load your transactions.
To update/refresh your login credentials, follow these steps.
Go to the accounts page, then click on the "edit" button next to the institution.
Click on the refresh button in the top right corner, and follow the instructions to log into your account.

Once you've successfully updated your information, go back to the transactions page and click the "refresh" button
