When using WizeFi, you may find that there are some accounts you don't want to see any more. These could be debt accounts that you've fully paid off, or deactivated accounts that are still showing up. This article will help you customize the accounts page to remove or hide any unwanted accounts.

  1. Go to the accounts page and click "edit" next to the institution you want to remove an account for.

  2. From here, you can customize exactly how this account appears.

    1. You can delete the account completely by clicking the red trash can icon next to the account. This will completely remove the account, all transactions, and history of the account inside WizeFi.

    2. You can toggle off transactions for the account which will just prevent transactions from appearing inside WizeFi for this account

    3. You can also deactivate the account, which will remove it from the account list but keep the transactions if that toggle is activated.

  3. Once you've customized your account settings, make sure to click save.

Important Note: Deactivating or deleting an account will remove all historic data from the account inside WizeFi. If you wish to keep historic account balances in the Reports page for example, do not delete/deactivate the account.
