I can't find my account or institution

I've tried searching for my bank or institution in WizeFi, but it's not showing up

While WizeFi can connect with over 12,000 institutions across the US, Canada, and Europe, there are still some we can't connect with. This article will walk you through how to search for your institution and what to do if it's unavailable.

  1. To search for your institution, go to the accounts page and click on "Connect Bank"

  2. Click "Continue" and search for the name of your institution in the search bar.

  3. If your institution doesn't show up on the list, please contact support with the following information to request the institution be added to the software.

    1. Name of your institution

    2. Website URL you use to log into your institution

    3. Accounts you have with this institution (i.e. checking, savings, IRA, etc)

Note: Since we rely on a 3rd party service to provide secure connections with these financial institutions, we can't control how quickly they add new institutions. However, the more requests we open, the more likely they are to prioritize adding the institution, so please let us know immediately if there's an institution you'd like to request.
