To navigate to the Tag Settings, please follow these steps:
Open the sidebar on the left-hand side of the screen.
Scroll down to the Settings option.
Click on Tags from the dropdown list.

Create a New Tag: To create a new tag, click the New button near the top of the page.
List of All Tags: Your existing tags are displayed in a list format.
Edit Button: Click this to modify the tag's details.
Delete Button: Click this to remove the tag. A confirmation popup will appear to make sure you want to go ahead.
Pagination
Pagination Controls: Navigate through your list of tags using the pagination controls at the bottom of the page.
