Navigating to Property Addition
Click on the + Create button.
Select Property from the dropdown menu.

Upon selecting "Property," a side bar window starts your property creation process.
Search Address
Automated Address Filling: Type the property address in the "Search Address" field. The search, powered by Google Maps, suggests relevant addresses. Selecting an address auto-populates the "Map Detail" fields: Address, City, State, and Zip Code.
Use Map Instead: If the automated search doesn’t pinpoint the location accurately, click "Use Map Instead" to manually set the precise location.
Google Street View
An interactive Google Street View of the selected address provides a visual confirmation of the location.
Property Details
Year Built: Specify the construction year of the property.
Foundation Type: Select from Slab, Concrete, or Stone Blackwall options.
Floor Plan: Choose from variants like Split Level, Bi-Level, Ranch, etc.
Basement Type: Options include Full Inground, Walk Out, Sub Basement, etc.
Building Type: Define whether it’s a Single Family Home, Multi Family Home, or a Commercial Facility.
Facility: Detail the specific facilities available or pertinent to the property, such as HVAC systems, plumbing specifics, or any other relevant infrastructure details crucial for service businesses to understand the property’s needs and nuances.
Save or Cancel
Click "Save" to store the property details or "Cancel" to discard the entered information.
Post-saving, you are redirected to the Properties page on WIZniche, where you can manage all properties, including the newly added one.
Search and Filter: Locate specific properties quickly.
Interactive Map: View and interact with property locations on the map.
Viewing Property Details
Clicking on View Property Details for a property reveals comprehensive information organized under various tabs:
Profile
Location on Map: Visualize the property’s geographical location.
Google Street View: A street-level view of the property.
Property Info: Review the details entered during creation.
Notes, Tags, and Attachments: Add and view additional notes, categorize with tags, and attach relevant documents.
Appointments & Estimates
View lists of associated appointments and estimates.
Invoice History
Access a detailed list of all invoices related to the property.
Warranty Plans
Review warranty plans linked to appointments and estimates.
Service Plans
Explore service plans associated with appointments and estimates.
Financial Overview
Just below the property address, users can track the "Lifetime Value" of the property for the service and any "Balance Due," ensuring a quick financial overview is always accessible.
