When the option to publish reviews on TrustVille.fr is enabled for your establishment, you can identify the publication status of each review using the purple (published or publishable reviews) and green (unpublished reviews) icons, either in the review list or directly in the review header.

Different statuses may appear for your reviews:
Publishable Reviews:

The review is published on your establishment's Trustville page. | The review will be published after the required delay. | The review is under moderation following a report. |
Unpublished Reviews:
The review is not displayed on the Trustville page for one of the following reasons:
The author did not accept the terms and conditions (T&Cs).
The review is incomplete.
The review was rejected after moderation.
Trustville is not activated for the campaign.
