The WizVille platform is evolving: a rethought navigation and an enhanced "Questions" tab. Your data, your campaigns and your access remain unchanged, only the look and the navigation cues change.
🎨 The new design
What changes visually?
A single side menu, a new header, a new home page and harmonised tabs. The result: a clearer, more modern and more pleasant platform to use.
What does the new home page look like?
The home page has been redesigned: access to your consolidated dashboards, followed by your campaigns organised by device type (In-store post-experience, E-commerce, etc.).
How does the new side menu work?
|
|
Where can I find my account and the log-out option?
Your account moves to the bottom of the side menu: company name, email address, access to "My account" and log out.
What is the new header?
Each page has a streamlined header: the page name on the left, the actions on the right (Export). The old top bar and its menus are gone.
🚀 New features
How do I quickly find a dashboard or a campaign?
A new campaign selector opens from the side menu: type the first few letters or browse through the campaigns. Results are grouped into "Consolidated dashboards" and "By campaign", then by survey type.
How do I change the analysis period?
A quick period selector is available in the filter bar: current week, month, quarter, year, and "Custom" for a free date range.
How do I display only the filters I need?
Filters become compact chips that are easier to read. An "Add a filter" button lets you show only the useful filters and remove the others. Your selection is saved for each dashboard, from one session to the next.
How do I compare with the previous year (Y-1)?
A "Previous year" toggle in the filter bar switches all the dashboard's trends to a year-on-year comparison, instead of the previous period. Until now, the annual comparison was only available as a line in the trend chart.
What changes in the Questions tab?
The Questions tab has been redesigned to now display all question types in your survey: rating scale, open-ended question, single/multiple choice (SCQ/MCQ), evaluation matrix and multi-criteria. For each question, you get tailored statistics, individual verbatims, and data export.
A left-hand panel lists your questions (filter by type, search, campaign selector);
The right-hand panel shows the detailed results for the selected question.
How do I export a page as a PDF?
An "Export" button is available in the title bar, on the home page and on dashboards. The page is exported exactly as displayed, with the current filters.
💡 Coming soon
This redesign lays the groundwork for upcoming improvements: optimised filters with a wider choice and saveable, reusable "grouped views", AI insights available for every page and tab of the platform, and many more improvements to come.
