You can upload your photo ID and Medical card info in your Weedmaps profile.
To upload your photo ID:
From the Weedmaps homepage, click your user icon at the top right corner of the screen on a desktop, or the hamburger menu ☰ at the top left corner of the screen on a mobile device
Select View Account
Under the Profile section of your account settings, scroll down to Identification and click Edit next to Photo ID
Click Add photo ID and select your image. Your photo ID must be in either .JPG or .PNG format. If the image you want upload is in a different format, take a screenshot of the image, then upload the screenshot
If you see this message: “Weedmaps could not verify that your Photo ID image contains a government-issued identification document. Please retake and upload another image” it means that your photo ID didn’t pass the verification check.
Weedmaps uses Amazon Rekognition Technology to verify the authenticity of your ID. If your ID is valid, it’s possible that the quality of your image just wasn’t good enough. Try getting a clearer image of your ID and re-uploading.
If your second attempt fails, go to the Contact Us page to reach out to Customer Support for assistance.
To upload your Medical card info:
From the account settings page, click the Edit button next to Medical ID
Enter the required fields
Click “Add medical ID” and select your image. Your Medical ID must be in either .JPG or .PNG format. If the image you want upload is in a different format, take a screenshot of the image, then upload the screenshot
Click Save
