Managing Woby Self-Order Availability for Your Guests.

How to Enable or Disable Online Ordering for Specific Days or Hours. Available for Delivery, Take-away, Room Service and Table service.

There are two ways to turn the Woby self-order webapp on or off for your guests.

First Option (not for table service):

Use this option if you want to stop orders for a whole day or several days. This is good if you know exactly which days you want to stop.

Go to the Delivery or Take-away Location Group in the Woby portal.

Set the 'Unavailable Days' as shown in the picture below.

Second Option:

Use this option if you want to stop online orders for just a few hours on a certain day.

Go to the Location Group in the Woby portal.

Turn on or off the checkmarks for 'Allow ordering,' 'Allow delivery,' and 'Allow Take-away' as shown in the picture below.

This way, you can easily manage when your guests can use the Woby self-order webapp!

Please remember to create an information article to inform guests about the opening times.
