When using a draft link that's shared with you, such as the following: (https://creator.wochit.com/stories/XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX), you aim to open a draft and carry on editing.
If you receive the following server error message:
First things to do, is to please make sure:
Your account has access to this brand
Is the draft already produced.
If so, go to the Produced tab and search for the video.
Still need to make an edit? Make a copy by clicking the three vertical dots in the top right corner when you hover the video thumbnail.
