When you create a video in Wochit, you'll work with three different preview stages:

  1. When you edit a video on the timeline, you can watch back your edits, effects and graphics in the rough-cut timeline preview.

As the name suggests, this is a rough-cut, initial preview of your video to give you an indication of your edits and an idea of what the final result will look like.

  2. When you’re ready, click preview and produce to create your first low resolution render of your video.

In this draft, you’ll notice that a lot of the automation that Wochit applies to make your video shine has been applied. This includes transitions, automatic closed captions or waveform if selected, as well as normalised & compressed audio levels, with automatic transitions in and out of your video assets on the timeline. Note that you can share this link with a colleague to receive feedback before producing!

  3. Finally, you’re ready to produce your video in Full HD.

Click produce, and Wochit will render your video in 1080p, complete with balanced audio levels and video & image assets in high resolution. Navigate back to the Produced tab in Wochit to download, share or make a copy of your video!
