A lot of the automation that happens in Wochit happens when you click preview & produce. This is when we render your first low resolution render. You'll notice an even greater improvement in your final video when you produce your video in full HD and we deliver the final rendered version.
β
A big part of that process relates to the audio - everything from compression, normalisation and fade in and out of segments with and without audio, is applied automatically. Less time worrying about audio levels - more time thinking about your storytelling!
β
When you listen back to your edit on the timeline, remember that you are working on a rough cut preview. If you are working with a lot of video clips with audio, always generate your preview (or produce the video when you're ready!) and hear the difference.
β
You can of course "help" the system along the way: if you have the music set to 100% on your first asset, and going into 0% on the next, you will of course have a more prominent fade than if you go down from, for example, 80% to 20% volume.
When it comes to adding a fade on your music track at the end of your video, your video strategist can lock in your settings based on your preference. This way, the settings are aligned across your organisation!
