In some cases, you may want to create a video in two different aspect ratios. you could start with a 16X9 version for your website and then create a 1X1 version for social. To do this you would first produce one version and then make a copy and change the aspect ratio.

  1. Go to the "Produced" section and click on the video that you want to copy.

  2. Click on "Make a copy"

  3. Change the name of the video

  4. Click no the menu on the upper right corner of the editor

  5. Select the aspect ratio that you want to create. The aspect ratio options include wide (16:9), square (1:1), vertical (9:16) and fullscreen (4:5).

Wochit’s technology will do its best to adjust to the new aspect ratio. All overlays will carry over with the aspect ratio change.

Note on Graphics: For customers with custom graphics packages, please note that your standard package does not carry over to other aspect ratios unless they are specified. Speak to your Wochit Video Strategist to learn more.
