How to start training?

Getting started with WODprep Online Training's daily programming.

Congratulations! You made the jump and joined WODprep online training... but how do you get started?

This is really common question, especially if you're new to CrossFit style training, been off due to injury or life or are joining WODprep from a different programming platform.

Our advice...

Don't over think it.

No matter the WODprep program you enrolled in, start the program on the same day you begin. There is no need to back track.

If you decide to make Day 1 a Thursday, don't worry about starting on the previous Monday or going back weeks to the start of the cycle, start on the same Thursday.

The next most important thing is to get through the work out.

Don't worry so much about percentages, tempos or prescribed intensity, aim to finish the workout with relative ease.

Ramp that over the next few weeks until you’re able to hit the recommended %.

After a couple of weeks, you'll be ready to follow the prescribed tempos and percentages.
