Handstand Walk Progression 25ft
Level ℞ | Freestanding Handstand Walk
Level 4 | Handstand Walk to Wall (4 reps of 5ft)
Level 3 | Box Handstand Walk (1 rotation both ways)
Level 2 | Shoulder Taps (L & R) Against Wall (5 reps)
Level 1 | Wall Walk (3 reps)
A Handstand Walk is the CrossFit Standard of 25ft unless otherwise specified.
Handstand walk lane should be marked in 5-ft. segments.
Space permitting, a lane should have five consecutive segments, allowing a 25-ft. walk in each direction.
Kick up with both hands (including palm and fingers) BEHIND the mark of the segment being attempted.
Stepping over the line or landing with the hands on or over the line is considered a competition “no rep”.
Each 5-foot section counts as '1' rep.
