Q: What should I do if the menu URL doesn't work using the Screenshot tool?

A: 

  1. Go to the website URL

  2. If you can see the menu then click Print > Print to PDF

  3. Open the PDF on your computer - if it looks like you can transcribe it then load it into the tool.

  4. If it doesn't then mark on the menus Queue that it was not able to transcribe and move to the next menu.
