Howdy and welcome!

Welcome to the tool! Over the next few days, we're going to get to know each other very well, but it will take a couple of days to get to know how woflow works.

If you're new to Woflow, the first stop will be to go through the training materials at www.woflowacademy.com.

You can sign up for the Academy yourself following the link. Your team lead or training supervisor will ensure you have sufficient time to learn how to use the tool before you jump into transcribing menus full-time.

The Academy is a series of lessons with videos to run through a few example menus. You are to follow along within Woflow when watching these videos.

One thing you'll notice in woflow is that you'll be currently set to Demo Mode (as shown in the top right-hand corner):

This is great for new users, it means you are free to make as many Restaurants and Menus as you'd like, testing out all the tool has to offer without causing any damage!

After finishing woflow Academy (woohoo, congrats!) you'll be set to a full user of the tool. Once this happens you'll see all the Restaurants for the group you're working in, and be able to create Restaurants and Menus for that group.

Anything that happens here will impact the production menus for your clients, so be careful, you're not in Demo Mode anymore!

Now that you're working on actual menus, you'll still want to make sure you're working as efficiently as possible. Your team lead will be setting expectations on goals to reach.

When you need extra help, try to see if the answer exists at our Help Center. If it doesn't, please reach out to us via your team lead, or over Intercom, by clicking the button at the right-hand bottom of your screen, and our team will respond as quickly as possible!
